Qualifications

• Experience with data collection and exploitation workflows.
• Experience leading agile development teams.
• Ability to tailor solutions for diverse user bases.
• Proven ability to train users on enterprise technologies.
• Ability to produce and maintain clear user instructions.
• Experience decomposing needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owner and program manager to deliver user stories aligning with the product vision.
• Coordinate with multiple sponsor organizations to ensure solutions, data structures and workflows meet defined requirements.
• Apply an agile approach to software and workflow development, delivering releasable features each iteration.
• Communicate user stories and requirements to the main technology group for prioritization and execution.
