Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks an Agile System Engineer II in Chantilly, VA to bridge mission needs with technical delivery within an Agile framework. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, decompose them into features and user stories, and maintain traceability across backlog, architecture, and verification artifacts.

Collaborate with Product Owners, support design reviews, interface coordination, and system readiness activities, while contributing to CONOPS and architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–9 years of systems engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Lead decomposition of requirements into Agile features and user stories.
• Maintain requirements traceability across backlog, architecture, and verification artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Support system design reviews, interface coordination, and integration planning.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Support verification, validation, and system readiness activities; contribute to CONOPS and architecture documents.
