Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an Agile Software Engineer to support the Army RF-ITV program. You will provide technical knowledge, analyze highly specialized applications, and guide design, integration, and implementation for complex environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
Experience leading Agile development in complex environments.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Smartsheet, Trello, Monday.com, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Participates in all phases of software development with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
Analyze business needs to identify new processes or improvements.
Work in a cross-functional agile project team to drive projects across design, development and testing.
Perform detailed requirements analysis.
Document processes and perform user testing.
Coordinate with Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders to align with business needs.
Establish user stories representing project scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders across product owners, developers, testers, managers, and executives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and practices.
Ensure delivery of high-quality products meeting customer needs.
Monitor progress with metrics and tools; support resource allocations for Agile practices.
