We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and support our software development teams, facilitating agile practices and ensuring the delivery of high-value software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for multiple teams.
• Coach teams in self-organization and agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Facilitate collaboration across functional areas and manage dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Manage Azure DevOps boards and support automation initiatives.
• Coordinate project planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 1+ years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
