Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for delivery teams.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps for sprint/backlog management.
• Agile delivery experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) for the project team.
• Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices and CPS workflows.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep delivery moving and on track.
• Track sprint progress and maintain backlog/boards using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate daily with Project Manager to align priorities and release timelines.
