Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile projects for digital initiatives. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and help remove impediments, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality.

This role collaborates with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product owners to align priorities with business goals. Candidates should have solid Agile knowledge, excellent communication, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Experience delivering software projects as Scrum Master (GxP experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Facilitation and problem-solving abilities for team meetings and decisions.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, removing impediments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Facilitate sprint retrospectives and implement improvement actions.
Track KPIs and support continuous improvement across teams.
