Job summary

TheHiveCareers, an insurance organization focused on digital transformation, seeks a Scrum Master to enable Agile practices and foster continuous improvement across teams. You will coach, remove impediments, and partner with leadership to optimize processes and delivery.

Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding backlog refinement with Product Owner, tracking metrics, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Business or related field.
• CSM or PSM certification required.
• 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
• Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and departments.
• Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required.
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization.
