Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Quality/Regulatory professional to support BFY Innovation, focusing on food safety, speed to market, and non-traditional/Joint Venture approaches.

Under direction from the Manager QRC Innovation, collaborate with R&D, Operations, Engineering, Packaging, and Commercial teams to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across early-stage projects and external manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with food safety systems and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMPs in functional foods.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and quality design principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and facilitate approval of ingredients and packaging.
• Conduct quality system assessments for suppliers, locations, and sites.
• Develop Food Safety and Quality plans for Innovation projects.
• Provide on-site support at manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company procedures.
