Job summary

SUS Company 1 is seeking a Project Manager, Operations (Agile) to drive short, high-impact operations projects from production lines to new equipment and process improvements. You will work with floor operators and supervisors, applying sprints, daily stand-ups, and visual boards to deliver fast, compliant results.

You will coordinate with Quality, Validation and Regulatory teams to embed change control and documentation in every sprint, maintaining ISO 13485 and FDA alignment while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4-7 years in manufacturing operations or engineering.
• 2+ years leading projects end to end.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hands-on experience with agile or Lean methods (Scrum/Kanban/Sprints/Kaizen).
• Experience in FDA/ISO-regulated medical/devices environments.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from production, engineering, quality, and more.
• Act as product owner with Operations Leader to set priorities.
• Coach teams in agile/lean practices and problem solving.
• Manage vendors/contractors for small equipment and installations.
• Use hybrid approach for larger projects with stage gates and CapEx.
• Maintain milestone plans and track costs against budget.
• Handover results with updated SOPs and trained staff.
• Report monthly on portfolio flow and benefits delivered.
• Screen intake for value, effort, urgency and compliance impact.
