Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Project Manager for the Innovation & Technology Team in the Metro Detroit area. You will plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects across various sizes and stages, creating schedules, tracking risks, and reporting to management.

You will leverage AI tools for meeting prep, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/PM, 3 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, PM or related field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project documentation and status updates.
• Develops budgets, plans, and timelines.
• Communicates with sponsors, stakeholders and teams throughout the lifecycle.
