Must be able to work onsite in Boston on a hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite / 2 days offsite.

Urgent need for a senior Agile Project Manager to work at a global manufacturing client, supporting one of the product lanes in the ERP system.

The modules teams are:

1. Manufacturing and procurement
2. Value Chain Planning
3. Commercial Planning

These teams are new to agile and agile processes, requiring a strong, assertive, and flexible agile project management background to support their agile journey.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Agile project management experience - Scrum/Kanban
• PMP and/or CSM preferred but not required
• Exposure to ERP systems and managing complex projects is essential
• Experience working with manufacturing and/or procurement projects
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, with mitigation plans; escalate as appropriate
• Provide RAG status updates and slide decks for reviews and stakeholder updates
• Track project budget and invoice spends as needed
• Collaborate and contribute to the IT PM/Agile center of excellence
