Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Project Manager in Glendale, CA to lead Agile ceremonies and drive delivery of digital content initiatives for a media & entertainment client.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, expert Jira/Confluence usage, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Regional hours and on-site presence in California are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on software application development.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Lead for cross-functional agile teams.
• Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence supporting agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos.
• Facilitate discussions, resolve impediments, and coach teams in Agile practices.
• Maintain transparent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership.
• Create and manage project artifacts and metrics to drive visibility and course corrections.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and ensure timely communication of scope and delivery times.
