In your day to day activities, you’ll work with multiple customers, as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwood’s areas of expertise of Systems Integration, Injury Prevention and Systems Engineering. You’ll help customers innovate, solve their current struggles and guide them with the power of Sandalwood’s deeply ingrained subject matter expertise.
The Technical Project Manager will join a growing team supporting the development, pilot implementation, and production launch of manufacturing technology products.
Responsibilities will include coordinating multiple technical workstreams across software development, engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams. The Project Manager will maintain project schedules, product-development milestones, Jira dashboards, burndown reporting, resource plans, financial forecasts, and project documentation. They will facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, project reviews, and recurring status meetings while proactively following up with workstream leads, escalating blocked activities, and communicating project progress and risks to stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong project coordination foundation who takes initiative, enjoys bringing structure to complex technical environments, and can communicate effectively with engineers, software teams, manufacturing stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
