Qualifications

• Strategic Vision – Align product goals with business strategy; define and communicate roadmap priorities.
• SAFe Agile Expertise – Lead PI planning, manage ART backlogs, and apply lean-agile principles.
• ServiceNow Product Ownership – Oversee backlog intake, refinement, and delivery across the full lifecycle.
