Responsibilities

• Align team goals with cycle and value stream vision.
• Serve as the voice of the end user and incorporate customer feedback.
• Own backlog prioritization and refinement and make value-maximizing trade-off decisions.
• Set objectives and KPIs to optimize value flow.
• Participate in business readiness and manage adoption and resistance.
• Provide work-in-progress feedback, clarify requirements, remove impediments, and improve processes.
• Communicate resource needs with Circle Leads and peers.
• Share best practices across teams.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment.
• Champion AI adoption and usage.

Requirements
