The Senior Advisor ensures business requirements are clear, actionable, and outcome-driven, and that the execution of approved initiatives delivers measurable value. This role owns initiatives end-to-end—managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery across the assigned portfolio.

Primary Functions
  • Provide business leadership and delivery oversight for cross-functional, operational, strategic, and tactical initiatives within the Specialty Pharmacy domain.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and associated deliverables are completed on time and in support of overall project objectives.
  • Gather and analyze data; develop queries; document and validate business and technical requirements; track action items through structured project plans; and deliver clear, concise status reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, documentation standards, and governance, partnering with accountable business and delivery leaders.
  • Drive timely execution of initiatives, proactively escalating risks, roadblocks, and shifting priorities while maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
  • Optimize outcomes within defined scope, schedule, and constraints, partnering with delivery teams to assess progress, resolve escalated issues, and remove product or delivery impediments.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and multi-year product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and enterprise goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technology, executing portfolio-level initiatives, resolving complex issues, monitoring KPI performance, and providing leadership-ready updates.
  • Own financial accountability for initiatives, partnering with resource management to complete financial analyses and track savings, margin impact, and realized benefits.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, performance metrics, and operational KPIs within the assigned product or capability area.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify and drive new product enhancements and process improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with business, technology, and analytics teams to understand customer needs, achieve business objectives, and improve customer satisfaction and NPS.
