Job summary

The Semios Group is a leading agricultural technology company delivering a comprehensive suite of tools to growers, agronomists, and retailers. We are seeking a Product Delivery Lead to bridge Product and Engineering, convert priorities into delivery-ready plans, and maintain visibility from planning through release.

This role combines Scrum Master duties with delivery coordination, ensuring execution readiness while keeping product strategy with Product and Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog readiness and ensure alignment with product strategy and priorities.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Support transition to Jira Advanced Roadmaps or similar tools for roadmapping.
• Certifications in Agile (CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate agile delivery ceremonies across multiple product teams.
• Ensure clarity of work items with defined scope, acceptance criteria, estimates, and sequencing.
• Maintain backlog cleanliness and accurate Jira links and ownership.
• Provide delivery-status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align work with capacity and constraints.
• Drive improvements to delivery processes using retrospectives and data.
