Akraya is seeking a proactive PLM Analyst to manage product data, engineering changes, and BOMs within an Agile PLM system. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and drive process improvements through strong analytical and collaborative skills.

The position requires independent ownership and effective communication across diverse teams. Remote work is offered with a focus on data accuracy, BOM structuring, and successful workflow execution across hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive PLM Analyst to manage product data, engineering changes, and BOMs within an Agile PLM system. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and drive process improvements through strong analytical and collaborative skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product data, BOMs, and metadata within the Agile PLM system.
• Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and associated workflows.
• Ensure accurate BOM structuring and linkage to product data.
• Maintain data integrity, generate reports, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow execution.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile PLM systems.
• Hands-on expertise in BOM structuring and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Domain Experience: Hardware, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain (Preferred)

• Excellent communication and ability to work independently
