Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Agile Lead to drive delivery, coach teams, and align with product roadmaps. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and promote Scrum practices across the organization.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to execute the product vision, manage dependencies, and monitor performance metrics, enabling continuous improvement and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of related experience.
• Expertise in interdependencies among product model system elements to drive performance.
• Deep understanding of target customer through research and discovery (personas, story maps).
• Strong collaboration with product managers and engineers to execute vision and roadmaps.
• Facilitation of cross-functional design sessions to align on user pain-points and improvements.
• CSM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery and execution, facilitating ceremonies and removing blockers.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Own Agile processes, team health, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain prioritized backlogs and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and portfolio planning.
• Ensure DoR, DoD, backlog quality, and sprint planning standards are met.
• Use Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, Mural, and KYT to improve delivery transparency.
• Drive team performance metrics and customer value through discovery and MVP coaching.
