Job summary

Guidehouse in the United States is seeking a senior coordination role to manage delivery across a complex enterprise data analytics and AI platform supporting diplomacy.

You will translate needs into actionable work items, manage dependencies, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical teams. This position requires a active Secret clearance and 6+ years in consulting or Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years in consulting, product/platform management, project coordination, or Agile delivery.
• 3+ years on Agile projects and hands-on experience using an Agile work-management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• 2+ years maintaining delivery documentation and providing executive-level status reporting.
• 2+ years experience in contracts, budget, delivery resources, and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:
In this role,you’llplay a key part incoordinating delivery acrossa complex enterprisedata analytics and AIplatform supportingdiplomacy.You’llhelp teams translate needs into actionable work items, manage dependencies,facilitateAgile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, enjoys problem‑solving in dynamic environments, and can drive structured follow‑through across technical and non‑technical teams.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “SECRET” Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree
• SIX (6) or more years’ professional experience in consulting,product/platform management, project coordination, or Agile delivery including:
• THREE (3) or more years’ working on Agile projectsandhands‑on experience using an Agile work‑management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• TWO (2) or more years’maintainingdelivery documentation and providing executive level status reporting.
• TWO (2) or more years’ experience incontracts, budget, delivery resources, and cross-functional teams

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with PalantirFoundry’scoreplatform concepts (e.g.,ontologyobjects,workshops, and otherapplications).
• Experience coordinating work across multiple product teams, including engineering, data, and operations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with complex dependencies,acrossmultiple contractors,and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM),SAFe, or Agile CertifiedPractitioner(PMI-ACP)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
