Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Lead crucial Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track and report on team velocity and project health for leadership visibility.
• Refine backlogs with Product Owners and establish clear prioritization for software development cycles.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and ensure delivery of complex integrations.
