Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive Agile/Scrum practices aligned with the IT strategic roadmap. You will partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, plan budgets, and deliver initiatives across the enterprise, while coaching teams to maximize value and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in agile leadership, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, and familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent
5–7 years leading teams using agile/hybrid agile/waterfall
PM tools experience (Jira/Azure DevOps) preferred
Understanding of SDLC and QA best practices

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams including internal resources and third parties to deliver initiatives
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
Promote clear communication with stakeholders and maintain status dashboards
Manage agile tools to support backlog, sprint workload, and test plans
Coordinate post-release incidents and root-cause analyses
Manage project resources and budgets in portfolio tool
Prepare and communicate IT initiative portfolio status
