Cognizant is seeking an IT Project Manager – Agile & AI Tools for a hybrid role in Johns Creek, GA. You will lead agile delivery across multiple scrum teams, translate strategy into execution plans, and manage priorities with product owners and business partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven delivery and alignment with enterprise roadmaps. The position requires strong collaboration, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills to drive measurable business value while navigating hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience leading agile delivery teams in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini Code Assist, Copilot, Claude.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Jira dashboards and reporting for visibility.
• Budgeting, planning and execution of projects across portfolios.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business value.

Responsabilités

• Lead agile delivery teams using structured scrum practices to ensure predictable delivery of high quality product increments that align with organizational strategy and generate measurable business value for stakeholders and communities across supported markets.
• Oversee planning and execution of sprint cycles including backlog refinement sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives to maintain strong team rhythm transparency and continuous improvement across hybrid work arrangements.
• Provide clear direction on product priorities by collaborating with product owners and business partners in merchandising and adjacent domains to refine user stories define acceptance criteria and balance technical feasibility with business outcomes.
• Guide cross functional teams in adopting and maturing agile frameworks by coaching on roles artifacts and ceremonies while promoting empirical process control and data driven decision making for sustainable performance.
• Drive alignment between technology teams and enterprise roadmap by translating strategic objectives into actionable agile delivery plans that support modernization initiatives operational efficiency and customer experience enhancements.
• Manage dependencies and risks across multiple scrum teams by facilitating effective communication issue resolution and scenario planning to prevent delivery bottlenecks and protect committed sprint goals.
