Job summary

Pride Global in Chicago, IL is seeking an Agile Innovation Manager to lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile rituals while guiding cross-functional teams in food and beverage product innovation.

You will partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to drive end-to-end commercialization from concept to market launch, manage timelines and remove obstacles to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: 5+ years of project management, agile leadership, or scrum master experience within the Food & Beverage industry.
• MUST HAVE: experience with physical product innovation in Food & Beverage with packaging projects, aligned with operations & manufacturing side.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and other agile rituals.
• Partner with Project Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end innovation & commercialization process from concept to market launch.
• Build and manage project timelines and align POD members on commitments.
• Coach the pod on agile principles and balance speed with structure.
• Identify and resolve impediments to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Track agile metrics and report progress, risks, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation of sprint goals, backlog items, decisions, and velocity.
• Guide retrospectives to continuously improve delivery and collaboration.
• Ensure alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
