Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager who has navigated the full development cycle and can translate client requirements into effective solutions. You will join our Management team to guide initiatives from conception to delivery, balancing scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead agile projects, manage risks, ensure on-time delivery, and foster a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of APIs and Web services.
• Knowledge of data persistence (databases).
• Advanced algorithmic knowledge.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Intermediate system design knowledge.
• Experience developing modules for real-world applications.
• Experience implementing unit testing in code.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Create a forecast for the projects for which you are responsible.
• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
• Verify the viability and prepare budgets, equipment, and resources.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure that delivery arrives on time.
• Ensure that your team adheres to established methodologies and processes.
• Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.
• Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project.
• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.
