Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors seeks an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support technology delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will provide servant leadership, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive PI objectives aligned to the organization’s strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum expertise, effective communication, and the ability to identify and remove impediments while delivering clear, metrics-driven visibility into delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid development teams.
• Experience leading tech teams to deliver on time and in scope with defined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader to Agile delivery teams with domain and technical knowledge.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement, prioritization, and story readiness.
• Drive PI objectives to support strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Track risks, timelines, dependencies, issues, and delivery gaps across teams.
• Provide metrics-driven insights into delivery performance using Agile metrics.
• Establish visibility into team objectives, progress, risks, and impediments.
• Monitor user story execution, sprint performance, velocity, and delivery health.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to improve efficiency.
• Develop strategies to prevent recurring obstacles.
