Gibson Dunn in New York or Washington, D.C. seeks an Agile Delivery Lead to oversee planning, execution and delivery within the Core Platform portfolio.

The role blends Agile leadership, process optimization, cross-team coordination, and portfolio visibility to ensure secure, reliable applications and services. The position requires strong technical fluency, 8+ years of delivery leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority across business and technical functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application lifecycle management, program/project management, product ownership, or Agile delivery leadership.
• Experience leading Agile teams or hybrid teams in professional services, legal, financial, or similarly regulated environments.
• Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IT governance, change management, and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery lifecycle for initiatives across the Business Applications portfolio.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and delivery cadence to drive predictable execution.
• Serve as Scrum Master or Delivery Lead for priority initiatives, removing impediments and supporting team focus.
• Promote effective Agile and hybrid delivery practices.
• Use metrics to inform planning and drive improvement.
