Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Dallas is seeking an experienced project/program manager to provide delivery governance and oversee Agile/ SAFe execution. You will oversee sprint planning, risk/issue management, KPI/SLA tracking, and release coordination to ensure successful transitions of managed services and life & annuity delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong governance reporting skills to senior stakeholders. This is an on-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/EE/IS or closely related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver governance and oversight for projects and programs.
• Lead Agile/SAFe execution and sprint planning across teams.
• Manage risks and issues with proactive mitigation.
• Track KPIs/SLA and ensure compliance with quality gates.
• Coordinate releases and managed services transitions.
• Provide governance reporting and delivery oversight to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software/ Electronics/Information Systems
