Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Agility Senior Associate to guide and support solution delivery teams in adopting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. You will leverage advanced knowledge of agile principles to facilitate discussions, drive decisions, and foster continuous improvement to deliver high-quality solutions.

Based on the Prop Wallets team, you will coach teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to a culture of innovation, ensuring successful delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to facilitate group discussions, decision-making, and collaborative activities to reach product goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams; provide guidance and training to drive continuous improvement and high performance.
• Create an environment of collaboration within the teams to enable open dialogue and productive conflict resolution.
• Enable agile project delivery by prioritizing tasks and managing resources to address complex situations and achieve project goals.
• Analyze policies and identify barriers, applying critical thinking to address challenges in the product development lifecycle.
