An innovative firm is seeking an Agile Coach to lead teams in adopting Lean-Agile principles and practices. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States, with a preference for EST locations. This position is responsible for enabling teams to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices. Trains and coaches teams on Agile and modern engineering practices. Guides and supports the transformation to Lean Agile, educating leaders on the mindset. Participates and contributes to larger organizational initiatives to help grow agility and the overall knowledge of agile.
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in leading agility.
License or Certification Type: Scrum certification Required, Sr Scrum certification Required, CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master) Preferred.
Other preferred licenses/certifications:
