• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Santa Fe, NM rollout.
• Hand off accountability work clean enough that nobody asks twice.
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project.
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered.
• Read an Analytical Thinking system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
