iA American Warranty LP in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, shaping requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for agile projects.

You’ll refine backlogs, plan sprints, run UAT, and identify process improvements with measurable business value. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BA or IT delivery, strong communications, and a proven track record in Agile or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery.
• Demonstrates strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritization and supporting delivery teams.
• Strong ability to elicit, document and validate requirements across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzes business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value.
