Job summary

Alabama Goodwill Industries is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to oversee daily store operations, security, and customer/donor service. The role includes opening/closing the store, supervising staff, and supporting merchandising and inventory.

The Keyholder will provide mission-aligned service, ensure a positive experience for customers and donors, and help maintain loss prevention and safety protocols. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role includes opening and closing the store, supervising associates, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and providing coverage in the absence of the Team Leader Coach (TLC) or Assistant Team Leader (ATL).
