What You'll Be Doing

Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and financial performance goals.

Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and resource planning.

Develop, coach, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs, operational priorities, and business objectives are met.

Monitor plant performance metrics and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Competitive pay, $97,710 to $130,277, plus eligibility in our annual incentive plan 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
