Job summary

Walbec is seeking an Aggregate Site Project Coordinator to support the Aggregate Area Manager and field teams in daily site management, production planning, and safety compliance across multiple sites. You will help ensure material quality, schedule testing, manage inventories, and coordinate with surveyors on GPS-driven site layouts.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced mining/construction environment.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-oriented with knowledge of MSHA regulations and inspection processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be a team-player.
• Willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site management and aggregate production.
• Schedule materials testing and ensure product specifications during production.
• Review production costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop layouts and plans for crushing and wash plants; optimize material flows.
• Coordinate GPS services and prepare detailed site maps with stockpile locations.
