Job summary

Cemex US is seeking an Operator Quality Control in New Braunfels, TX. You will test and inspect aggregates before, during, and after production to maintain product quality and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities include collecting samples, weighing, testing with devices, and recording results while coordinating with QC and Operations teams. The role requires long shifts, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with higher-level training preferred.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the instruction of the QC Lead and QC Director.
• Collect, weigh, test, and record samples of aggregates using various equipment and devices.
• Perform work according to specification sheets and forward to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain excellent communications with the QC and Operations Teams regarding product quality and standards.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
