Job summary

BARD Materials is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator to safely load materials and support our aggregate production operations. You will operate a front-end loader and help maintain efficiency on the production line.

This role requires CDL licensing and prior heavy equipment experience, with a focus on safety and teamwork to meet daily production targets in a Midwest facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus.
• Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management.
• CDL License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed.
• Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment.
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team.
