Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating front-end loaders in heavy industrial settings preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work weekends and long hours during peak season.
• Drug and alcohol free.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.
• Mechanical proficiency is a plus.
• 1-2 years of industry experience is useful.
• Knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily plant operations and maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping: shoveling, washing equipment, site cleanup.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment.
• Safely operate loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, graders, water trucks, and service trucks.
• Lubricate and maintain plant and fleet equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Work with plant personnel to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
