Job Summary

Maintain plant daily routines including maintenance tasks (lubrication, repairs) and cleanup. Operate and maintain equipment such as front end loaders, haul trucks, graders, water trucks, and skid steer loaders in a safe manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Lubricate all plant and fleet equipment, requiring lifting of containers (~50 lbs.) and adding fluids.
• Replace machine parts weighing several hundred pounds.
• Perform pre-startup inspections, including climbing on equipment.
• Operate various equipment.
• Work in heights and tight spaces.

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and take direction.
• Willing to work weekends and long hours during peak season.
• Drug and alcohol free.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Mechanical skills and industry experience are useful but not necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50 pounds from ground to waist.
• Sit or stand for hours.
• Work in high and confined spaces.
