Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sand, gravel, or hard rock crushing plants with lead or supervisory capabilities.
• Deep mechanical familiarity with jaw crushers, VSI, HSI, vibrating screens, and conveyor maintenance.
• Decisive under pressure, strong communicator, safety-first mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: coordinate shift tasks, manage material flows, minimize bottlenecks, monitor crushers and conveyors.
• Maintenance & Repair: perform routine inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, coordinate shutdowns for uptime.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, lead safety reviews and meetings.
• Quality Control: monitor output to meet aggregate specs.

Descripción del empleo

You will be responsible for safely operating equipment and tools to efficiently run our aggregate plant. Your primary focus will be on equipment operation, maintaining plant safety, and supporting maintenance. Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth daily operations, identify safety hazards and maintenance needs, and complete required documentation, you will support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Coordinate day-to-day shift tasks, manage material flows through secondary circuits, and minimize production bottlenecks, monitor and maintain secondary crushers, screening units, and conveying equipment to meet required aggregate specifications and production targets.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine mechanical inspections on fixed and mobile equipment, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, clear blockages, replace components (liners, screens, belts), coordinate and work alongside maintenance crews during shutdowns to maximize plant uptime
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety protocols and regulatory mandates (MSHA guidelines), overseeing the correct use of PPE, and leading Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Quality Control: Monitor material output to guarantee aggregate specification standards.

What we want from you

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sand, gravel, or hard rock crushing plants, with demonstrated lead or supervisory capabilities.
• Deep mechanical familiarity with jaw crushers, vertical shaft impactors (VSI), horizontal shaft impactors (HSI), vibrating screens, and conveyor maintenance.
• Ability to be decisive under pressure, an excellent communicator, and to possess a "safety-first" mentality.
