OVERVIEW: This individual will engage in a combination of On-the-Job Training (OJT), coupled with Mentoring under the guidance of experienced Aggregate Technicians and Supervisors, and Related Instruction through correspondence courses (self-study) through Apprentice ND, seminars, factory trainings and other venues determined by the company. Training through a local technical college. Classes will focus on the various skills needed for the typical Aggregate Service Technician.
