The Aggie Commons Supervisory Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented campus dining environment. This position requires an ability to lead a team in addition to culinary knowledge, strong organizational skills, attention to food safety, and a commitment to providing excellent service to students, faculty, staff, and campus guests. The Supervisory Cook works collaboratively with Dining team members to ensure meals are prepared efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with Utah State University Dining Services standards.
Hours Sunday-Thursday 3PM-11PM. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as operational needs require.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures, steam, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, sharp and hot objects, and/or loud noises.
