Job summary

MFA Incorporated offers a 12-week, paid internship designed to support farmers and ranchers. You will be paired with a summer mentor to work on the Precision and Agronomy Research division, with a project outlined for completion and presentation at summer’s end.

You’ll join a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and hands-on experience across MFA locations, including tours, service activities, and social events that build lasting connections.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences degree.
• Experience in agriculture, business, or related field.
• Gain experience in Precision and Agronomy Research.

Responsibilities

• Assist Precision and Agronomy Research projects under a mentor.
• Complete a summer project and present findings.
• Participate in tours, community service, and team activities.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree

You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the Precision and Agronomy Research division, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life-long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
