MFA Incorporated invites you to join the Ag Experience internship program in Missouri. This full-time, 12-week paid internship pairs you with a summer mentor who will guide you on a real project within our Agronomy Research division, offering hands-on learning and meaningful contributions.

Open to students pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate of Applied Sciences degree, with experience in agriculture or a related field. Expect tours, service opportunities, and lasting connections with the MFA team.

You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the Agronomy Research division, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life-long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
