Lead the way on go-to-market innovation through the application of AI technologies to enable impact at scale in Microsoft’s Small, Medium, and Corporate (SME&C) segment and the Global SMB Team. As a leader on the Global SMB Sales Strategy & Enablement team, you’ll be part of an organization that enables Microsoft go-to-market strategy targeting Global Small Medium Enterprises which represent 80%+ of the global workforce and 40%+ of Global GDP. You will make a difference by enabling sales strategy as part of a highly collaborative and innovative team.
As the Agentic Go-to-Market Program Lead - Manager, you will play an important role as we innovate and modernize go-to-market at Microsoft. You will need a solid grounding in Azure AI and Data to enable our Agentic sales strategy through business process reimagination, cross-functional team orchestration, and go-to-market redesign. This opportunity will allow you to lead at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and commercial excellence. You will develop your business acumen, flex your technical capabilities, hone your leadership skills, and become adept at building executive partnerships that inspire trust. This role is flexible in that you will be able to partner with your manager to define the way that you’d like to work, whether in the office or from home.

- Synthesize findings into insights across sales projects, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions
- Develop recommendations around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues for Microsoft sales processes
- Drive the velocity of Microsoft’s transformation and quality business performance results
Connected Sales and Marketing
- Provide leadership and integration across business functions to support Agentic GTM execution and a connected sales and marketing strategy.
- Build and scale a modern, customer-focussed Agentic GTM capability aligned to area and subsidiary priorities.
- Drive ROI on Agentic initiatives and coach teams on competitive positioning and market engagement.
Business and Sales Enablement Leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and investment decisions aligned to commercial and product priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging deep domain expertise and market awareness.
- Drive execution of transformation initiatives, with the focus on realizing the potential of agentic capabilities throughout the GTM model.
- Maintain operational rigor and accountability for business performance and compliance.
- Lead a team to identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new digitalization solutions based on customer strategies, and discusses customer needs and solutions based on customer insights.
Culture and Leadership at Scale

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, engineering or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
- Experience with Generative AI, Data Science and familiarity with Microsoft products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience.
- Background in sales operations or strategy roles with exposure to AI-led sales motions
- Understanding of Azure AI and Data services.
- 3+ years people management experience.
Sales Strategy Enablement M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
