Job summary

Arcade is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge AI and real-world actions. You will walk Fortune 500 tech landscapes, design architectures, and enable agentic tool-calling at scale.

You’ll collaborate with AI leaders and customers to scope technical discovery, build prototypes, and drive real-world AI outcomes. This role rewards deep technical fluency, communication, and a passion for transforming how enterprises use AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in as a Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or technical consultant who has sold highly technical infrastructure.
• Deep Integration & Systems Architecture Fluency: connecting enterprise systems across iPaaS, ETL/ELT, RPA, API gateways and service meshes.
• Curiosity & Business Acumen: understand the business impact and explain to executives.
• Evangelist Mindset: comfortable presenting and creating technical content.
• AI-Forward Mindset: actively using AI in daily workflows and mastering agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Technical Authority: Partner with AEs to lead technical discovery and evaluations with Head of AI, CTO, and Architect personas.
• Build the "Art of the Possible": design and build prototypes, PoCs, and reference architectures.
• Simplify the Complex: turn abstract concepts into clear, value-driven solutions.
• Field-to-Product Loop: funnel market feedback to Product/Engineering for roadmap shaping and prototyping.
• Drive Technical Wins: navigate complex deals from $200K+ to seven figures.
• Master the AI Stack: stay at the bleeding edge (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs) to advise on AI strategy.
