Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks an Agentic AI Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing engineering team.

You will translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps, manage budgets, and guide cross‑functional initiatives across security, deployment, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or closely related quantitative discipline.
• 12+ years’ experience including 5+ years of people management experience, Advanced Degree (Master’s) would be highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.
