Bosch Group's North America AI research team in Sunnyvale invites applications for an intern role focusing on Agentic AI, LLMs, and trustworthy AI. You will work with global Bosch researchers on industrial AI problems and prototype AI agents for real-world applications in manufacturing, mobility, and healthcare.

We seek Ph.D. or Master’s students in CS/AI fields, with strong Python skills and publications, eager to contribute to cutting-edge research and publish at top conferences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Ph.D. or Master’s in CS/CE/EE/AI.
• Strong research in Agentic AI, LLMs or ML/NLP.
• Experience developing AI agents with modern frameworks.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.

Responsabilités

• Conduct novel research in Agentic AI, LLMs and related fields.
• Design, implement, evaluate prototypes of AI agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with Bosch researchers to address industrial problems.
• Analyze results and identify opportunities for scientific innovation.
• Publish outcomes at top AI conferences/journals.
