Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in industrial research preferred.
• Hands-on experience in production of AI systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evaluate agentic AI systems.
• Develop robust agent harnesses and evaluation frameworks.

• Architect and optimize agent memory systems.
• Enable reliable deployment of agents on constrained environments.

Skills

Strong software engineering skills in Python
