Qualifications
3+ years experience in industrial research preferred.
Hands-on experience in production of AI systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and evaluate agentic AI systems.
Develop robust agent harnesses and evaluation frameworks.
Implement self-improving agent loops.
Architect and optimize agent memory systems.
Enable reliable deployment of agents on constrained environments.
Skills
Strong software engineering skills in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems
