Job summary

CoreVia Staffing in Irving, TX seeks a Python consultant skilled in AI-powered agents to design scalable backend services and enterprise-grade automation.

You will integrate LLMs with databases and APIs, build RESTful services with FastAPI/Flask, implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver secure banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Hands-on Python development with async patterns.
• Experience building AI agents and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with enterprise banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and backend services.
• Build and implement Agentic AI solutions capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
• Develop AI agents and orchestrated workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and internal knowledge sources.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual responses.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
• Implement agent tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory management, state handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Apply prompt engineering, structured output generation, and AI evaluation techniques to improve response quality.
• Implement security, access controls, audit logging, data privacy, and guardrails suitable for enterprise banking applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support deployment and production operations.
• Follow enterprise software development standards, code review practices, testing procedures, and CI/CD processes.
